David wrote in Psm. 133:1, “Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity!” Common fellowship is needed for accountability, mutual encouragement, and many other things which are profitable. During the summer months we meet bi-weekly at a church at a member’s home...sometimes we meet on the shores of beautiful Lake Michigan. Food, Fellowship, and time in the Word of God makes for good memories and edification of the soul.
Proverbs 31:13, “She seeks wool and flax, and works with willing hands.” This wonderful group of ladies meet on Wednesday mornings at 9:00 AM year around (every other week during the summer months). They spend time knitting blankets for men and shawls for the ladies. They also make hats to send with all of our Operation Christmas Child boxes in the fall. They laugh, drink coffee, eat scones, and fix the world’s problems every week. They are truly a blessing to many as they use their gifts for kingdom work.
